About Us and the Ranch

Vicki’s Little Rascals is a trusted doggy daycare known for our strict safety procedures, safe transport, customer service, and professionalism. Rascal Ranch is a custom-built, secure seven-acre playground designed to meet the specific needs and personalities of our Rascals. As a Rascal Wrangler, you’ll become an integral part of our team, forming lasting connections with the dogs, their owners, and your fellow team members.

• Our work is performed primarily outdoors in a physically active environment that may include uneven ground, mud, and varying weather conditions.

• Most roles require constant situational awareness, rapid response, and the ability to safely handle multiple, sometimes large dogs.

• Due to the dynamic nature of the environment, the opportunity for accommodations is limited, but reasonable accommodations will be considered where feasible and consistent with safety.

We are a small business, not a chain — every employee’s reliability, hustle, and positive energy directly contribute to our success. Our team rotates between Classic Ranch (day-to-day group play), pack walks, and our Enrichment Program — where small groups of dogs enjoy creative activities, training exercises, and agility challenges. This variety keeps the work engaging, fun, and rewarding.
